1. Go to I-Newswire.com and click on ‘Submit Press Release’
2. Fill in registration form and click ‘Sign Up’
3. Verify email and login
4. Optional: Fill in Company Information (if you can, I would recommend it)
5. Click on “Submit Basic PR” to submit a press release for free
6. Fill in the form, preview and submit

1. Go to PressReleaseSpider.com and at the bottom of the page click on ‘submit press release.’
2. Fill in the information, preview and submit.
   NOTE: This will cost $4.95/submission  (This site is optional at this point.)

1. Go to prlog.org and click on “Submit Free Press Release” in the top navigation bar
2. Click on ‘Create press release account’ and fill in the form
3. Verify your email
4. Click ‘Submit Press Releases’ à ‘Submit New Press Release’
5. Fill in information and submit!
