Ezinearticles is the top article directory on the Internet.  They have the reputation of providing the highest quality articles.  You want your best articles to not only go to ezinearticles but you want them to go their first.
Here are the steps:

Go to eZineArticles.com and click on ‘Join Now’ in the upper right corner
Fill in the information and click ‘Create My Account’
Log into your account and under ‘Article Manager’ click ‘Submit Article’

Articles vary greatly in size.  The average size appears to be 400 to 1000 words.  Occasionally I see an article 300-350 words but most of the time I aim for a 500 word article.

Goal: Write another blog post
Write a keyword targeted blog post/publish/ping
Pick a topic around your primary keyword and write a post approximately 200-300 words.
If you  are having trouble figuring out what to write about, do some research.

Do a search in Google:   blogs:keyword   (see what the blogs are talking about)
Go to eZineArticles.com; on the left column, half way down is a search box for articles.  Type in  your keyword to see what articles have been written.

Goal: Promote press release with bookmarking
You have already done a few bookmarks so this should be easy.
Go to the site where you submitted your first press release and get the URL for your press release.
Note: At www.free-press-release.com go to the dashboard ( you have to login) and click on ‘’Published Releases’.  You should see your press release listed.
Click on the release you want to promote and it should open up a new window.  You want to copy the URL and save in a notepad.
